-As a veteran of the Miss Buffalo Chip Bikini team, what was the highlight of your experience last year and why? Honestly I was blown away by the entire trip! From beginning to end everyone in Sturgis and at the Buffalo Chip treated us so good! The staff was Amazing! The Patrons where Awesome and our whole crew was Outstanding!!!

-What is your favorite part about being on the back of a bike? The fact that I can ride with my hands in the air or around the driver when I’m scared.

-The Sturgis Rally is all about one thing, BIKES! When you ride a bike, which do you prefer: full throttle as fast as that bike can go or nice and easy? Why? Full throttle, I feel the need for speed baby! I love the feeling when your heart is pounding so hard it feels like it’s about to jump out of your chest, I am an adrenaline junkie!!!

-Why do you want to be Miss Buffalo Chip 2011? I THINK I HAVE EVERYTHING THAT MISS BUFFALO CHIP EMBODIES – SASS, CLASS, & A CUTE ASS!!!!

-What is your favorite part about being on the back of a bike? Nothing. I would much rather be in control.

-As a Sturgis Virgin and a newbie to the Miss Buffalo Chip Bikini team, what are you most anticipating from the experience? The mere fact that I get to be working one of the biggest events in the nation in itself has me ecstatic! Sturgis brings people from all over the country together and I can not wait to meet every single attendee!

-Buffalo Chip is known for providing it’s campers with the best entertainment as well as having the best concerts during the Sturgis Rally. What band are you most looking forward to seeing on the main stage for the 2011 rally and why? Lynyrd skynyrd. they f***ing rock!

-What is your biggest turn on about a man on a bike? – Knowing that he’s PROBABLY a bad boy! Every girl loves a bad boy.

Howdy my name is Catherine Force.Cat for short .I grew up in the hill country of Texas.I loved being a cheerleader and on the high school dance team. My senior year of high school I was the Kendall Country Fair and Rodeo Queen. Riding on a float in parades was so much fun! My first real job was working at a Hooters in San Antonio. I LOVED working at Hooters .

On Saturday, June 25th 2011 ~~ CF&G (Colorado Feed and Grain) "LIVE" presents, "The Symbols". They are a band that incorporates blues, jazz, and funk sensibilities into a pop format. Often they will style-swap popular tunes to give listeners something familiar and new at the same time. The original music they create is also an amalgom of these styles. Like most bands, The Symbols are driven by a shared love of the music they make. 9 pm to 1 am, $1 cover, 21 & over.

Christina Paulina ~ Motorcycle Model

     Well it is actually most recently, within the past 2 years, that I earned my wings. I was never much interested in the metal horse until then. I was actually intimidated by its power and had some bad experiences in the past so I pretty much stayed away. On one fateful night in July threw all fear aside and had the time of life! My life has changed more in this short time than it ever has and I like it! That one choice led to others and before I new it I was riding, modeling on motorcycles and volunteering for charities. I met some of the best people I have ever met in my life...people who are "real" and that is so hard to find in the general public! I don't like to talk about myself and the things that I have done but since this is a bio I will mention a few things....Brooklyn Bombshell's is the charity group I volunteer for and we are an awesome group of women who help out people and animals in need, I have done promo work for a local motorcycle magazine Cycle Connections and was on the cover January 2011, and I am currently a Wide Open Girl planning on going to Sturgis for the first time with them this year! I have had the opportunity to shoot with many fabulous photographers in the area including Jim Lightfoot from Easyrider magazine for the April centerspread..he is truly an amazing photographer! Also I have done promo work for Rock Hard girls a local car and motorcycle paint company. I am currently working on a book about my personal experience with domestic violence and I have some other plans in the works (that I dont want to go into detail about but I am working on). I want to help the victims, often including children, to get out of these situations and rebuild their self esteem and rehabilitate their lives. I also want to help reduce the stigmatization surrounding victims. (ie: victims are often viewed as "stupid"for staying and returning to these relationships when the problem has nothing to do with their intelligence.)
